Research

n this project, I worked with a startup company to develop a comprehensive digital product strategy to guide their product development efforts. Based on this research, I developed a comprehensive redesign that focused on improving the user experience and increasing engagement. This involved reorganizing the information architecture, simplifying navigation, and streamlining the checkout process. The new design also incorporated new features and functionality based on user feedback, such as a personalized dashboard and social sharing capabilities. The result was a mobile app that not only looked great, but was much easier to use and drove more conversions for the company.

I also helped the company define their target audience and user personas, and provided guidance on branding and user experience design. The result was a clear product direction and roadmap that aligned with the company's business goals, as well as a solid foundation for future product development
