For this project, I worked with a B2B software company to redesign their SaaS dashboard with the goal of improving usability and increasing customer retention.. Based on this research, I developed a comprehensive redesign that focused on improving the user experience and increasing engagement. This involved reorganizing the information architecture, simplifying navigation, and streamlining the checkout process. The new design also incorporated new features and functionality based on user feedback, such as a personalized dashboard and social sharing capabilities. The result was a mobile app that not only looked great, but was much easier to use and drove more conversions for the company.
